Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleaning, hygiene, and tidiness across all resident bedrooms and shared living areas.

• Manage resident laundry to ensure clothing and linens are cleaned, processed, and handled with care and respect.

• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues to ensure individual resident needs are met.
