The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce PMO Manager to play a vital leadership role supporting and governing complex, global Salesforce transformation programmes within large enterprise organizations.
In this position, you will ensure effective planning, governance, transparent reporting, risk management, and seamless delivery across multiple international markets and interconnected commercial workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and govern complex, multi-country Salesforce transformation programmes at an enterprise level.
Manage programme planning, milestone tracking, reporting, financial oversight, and robust RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts across end-to-end commercial processes such as Quote-to-Revenue, Lead-to-Revenue, and Opportunity-to-Cash (CPQ/Q2C/L2R).
Partner closely with senior leadership, programme directors, and technical delivery teams to maintain alignment.
Establish and enforce PMO governance standards across fast-paced transformation environments.
Drive clear communication and status reporting across diverse stakeholder groups.
What We’re Looking For
Proven, hands-on experience working as a PMO Manager on global Salesforce implementation programmes within major enterprise businesses.
Strong background in programme-level delivery rather than isolated single projects.
Deep familiarity with Quote-to-Revenue, Lead-to-Revenue, Opportunity-to-Cash (CPQ/Q2C/L2R), or related end-to-end commercial workflows.
Demonstrated capability managing governance, planning, and financial tracking across complex, multi-country initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills tailored for senior leadership.
