At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting dedicated Bank Care Assistants on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the team at Windmill Manor Care Home.
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a central role in helping residents enjoy every day by delivering person-centered care, support, and warm companionship. Every day brings variety—from assisting with daily routines and supporting meal times to spending valuable one-on-one time sharing moments and memories with residents.
What You'll Do
Personalized Care: Follow individualized care plans to assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, food, and drink.
Companionship: Build warm, meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring they receive dedicated one-on-one attention and connection.
Dignity & Support: Maintain the highest standards of safety, dignity, and respect for all residents in a welcoming home environment.
Flexible Coverage: Provide essential team cover across day or night shifts as needed.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a professional or personal setting.
Key Skills: Strong communication skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Qualities: Deep empathy, warm-heartedness, and a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for others.
