Position: Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Raynes Park Health Centre, 1 Lambton Rd, London, SW20 0LW
Salary: Circa £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: Shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, covering 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday

As a Receptionist / Administrator, you will support the overall reception function, ensuring every patient receives a warm, professional, and efficient welcome. You will be at the heart of the clinic's day-to-day running, facilitating smooth patient journeys and managing clinical administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Check in patients, manage appointments (bookings, follow-ups, and cancellations), and ensure a seamless patient journey.
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing queries and providing accurate information to patients, consultants, and internal teams.
Handle postal documentation, audit trails, and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately.
Assist doctors and nurses with administrative needs and respond to clinical queries.
Manage self-funding and insured patient processes, take payments or deposits, process refunds, and liaise closely with the bookings team.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks, including internal referrals and end-of-day responsibilities.
Essential experience working in a high-level, face-to-face customer service environment.
A strong work ethic with a proactive, dependable approach and a genuine passion for patient care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
A collaborative team player who is comfortable using IT systems and handling diverse administrative duties.
