Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to recruit for Manor Field, a welcoming residential service beautifully situated in a semi-rural location in Weldon, Northamptonshire—off a main road and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.

Manor Field provides a safe, welcoming, and homely environment supporting five male and female residents who have a primary learning disability diagnosis and may also be autistic. Our dedicated team is completely focused on supporting our residents to live their best lives and achieve positive personal outcomes.

As a Support Worker and Key Worker, you will guide residents through their highs and lows, helping them build independent, fulfilling lives. Because no two days are the same, emotional resilience and natural empathy are the keys to success here!

Key Responsibilities

Person-Centred Care: Deliver an exceptional standard of daily living support and personal care that promotes dignity, independence, and choice.
Empowerment & Independence: Act as a key worker to help individuals set personal goals, track their progress, and realize their full potential.
Community Integration: Encourage and assist residents to participate in hobbies, daily activities, and vibrant local community life.
Accurate Documentation: Maintain clear, precise records, care plans, charts, and daily progress notes.
Relationship Building: Develop trusted, positive relationships with residents, their families, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe environment by adhering strictly to security, confidentiality, and regulatory policies.
