About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to collaborate with Asda to connect natural leaders with fantastic career opportunities. We are recruiting for a permanent, part-time Team Leader (Food Services) for day shifts in Newark.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll take the lead in one of our popular branded food-to-go outlets—such as Greggs, Subway, or Burger King. You’ll support your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service, manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 20 guaranteed hours per week (flexibility required to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings).
Key Requirements: Previous experience working in a food service or hospitality environment, a willingness to take on responsibility and support others, good communication skills, and a positive, brand-proud attitude.
