Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with an industry leader in cyber test ranges to recruit a methodical, results-driven Software Test Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and executing test procedures to guarantee uncompromising product quality. You will leverage your analytical skills and eye for detail to collaborate with software developers, run rigorous diagnostics, and design advanced automation scripts.
Note: Due to the secure nature of this work, candidates must hold a valid Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance at the time of application, and meet ongoing eligibility requirements for security clearance.
Identify products for assessment within the software review process.
Define appropriate test procedures and manage necessary test data.
Document test cycle results thoroughly to track flaws and verify fixes.
Run diagnostic and system tests, presenting clear findings to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate effectively between software development and validation teams.
Identify and eliminate redundant functions and components to streamline performance.
Understand user needs, business applications, and prevailing industry standards and protocols.
Design, develop, and implement test automation scripts using established guidelines.
Research and troubleshoot software issues through structured testing and collaboration with developers.
A degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or IT, or an ISTQB Qualification.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in test analysis.
Proven background working with computer software, coding, and software development lifecycles.
Excellent analytical, diagnostic, planning, and organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
Ability to track, write, and articulate technical assessment reports.
Strong project management capabilities and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Occasional UK travel for team or customer meetings, events, and training activities.
Commitment to continuous professional development and completion of mandatory training.
Undertake auxiliary duties commensurate with the role to support smooth business operations.

Base Salary: Up to £113,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
