Whether providing assistance with daily care routines or encouraging resident engagement in activities, you will contribute directly to a warm and supportive care home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care routines, mobility, and mealtimes while encouraging maximum independence.

• Support the care team in identifying unique resident goals and implementing personalized care plans.

• Help residents explore personal interests and participate in social and physical activities within the home.

Requirements

• A caring, passionate, and collaborative approach focused on putting residents at the heart of everything you do.

• Good communication skills and the flexibility to cover day or night shifts as required.

• Enthusiasm for learning and development, with or without prior experience in the care sector.
