In this fulfilling role, you will provide person-centered care and support to empower residents to maintain their independence and active routines. Working collaboratively with the care team, you will assist with daily personal care, support mealtimes, and help implement individualized care plans in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care routines, mobility, and mealtimes while promoting independence and dignity.

• Partner with the care team to identify residents' unique goals and carry out tailored care plans.

• Support residents in engaging in physical activities, pursuing new interests, and enjoying a motivating living environment.

Requirements

• A caring, empathetic, and dedicated approach focused on enhancing the well-being of residents.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.

• No prior experience required; willingness to participate in induction and ongoing training through the Learning Academy.
