Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit two enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated permanent Recovery Coordinators to join their Central team based in Worthing, West Sussex.
In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in engaging and supporting individuals, families, and communities affected by substance misuse. Drawing on your skills and person-centred approach, you will manage a dedicated caseload, facilitate regular key working sessions, and help service users access the right interventions to build healthier, more fulfilling futures.
Caseload & Care Planning: Manage a caseload of individuals accessing structured treatment for opiate dependence, completing comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and tailored recovery plans.
Interventions & Harm Reduction: Deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions, motivational interviewing, harm reduction advice, and support for individuals prescribed opioid substitution treatment (OST).
Recovery Capital & Partnerships: Promote recovery capital by supporting access to education, employment, housing, healthcare, and community resources through close multi-agency collaboration.
Safeguarding & Governance: Carry out safeguarding responsibilities for adults and children while maintaining accurate, confidential electronic case records in line with CGL policies.
Experience & Knowledge: Practical experience and knowledge in delivering interventions for service users affected by opiate use or substance misuse.
Core Competencies: Proactive mindset, excellent time-management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Approach: Empathetic, resilient team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
Requirements: Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
