Clean Team Member

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dependable Male Clean Team Member to join a leading fitness and wellbeing facility in Edinburgh, UK. In this essential role, you will help maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation standards across the club to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all members.

Working on a flexible bank basis, you will use professional cleaning equipment and follow structured safety processes under the guidance of a supportive team leader. Due to specific operational duties involving male changing facilities, this position requires a male applicant (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning routines across key facility zones, including gym spaces, male changing facilities, showers, and poolside areas.

• Safely operate commercial maintenance machinery such as scrubber dryers, rotary buffers, and carpet cleaning units.

• Carry out routine waste removal and participate in scheduled periodic deep-cleaning procedures.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning or facilities maintenance experience within a commercial or customer-facing environment.

• Strong organizational skills with a friendly, positive approach to customer service.

• Physical capability and commitment to follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations strictly.
