Bonuses: PLUS a 30% long-term incentive bonus accrued each year, an annual 10% performance bonus, and on-call allowances.

As a Registered Manager, you will make sure that the home environment supports this by ensuring both your staff and the young people feel secure, safe, and motivated. Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care. This is all made possible because our service is holistic and touches on every aspect of our young people’s developmental needs. From our Psychologists and Occupational Therapists to our residential team leaders, we achieve positive outcomes by having the most joined-up service in SEND.

By managing the day-to-day operations in our 7-bed home and taking absolute ownership of Ofsted requirements, you enable our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well-rounded adults—an incredibly rewarding leadership role to have.

You will be at the helm of the home’s culture, actively driving new referrals, shaping care strategies, and leading with the confidence that you are running a service within the UK's leading provider of specialist education and care.

Proven Track Record: Direct experience managing an Ofsted-rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children’s home.
Qualifications: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
Leadership Style: An enthusiastic, committed, and resilient leader with a genuine passion for making a structural difference in young lives.
Compliance & Mobility: A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Financial Package: Base salary of £51,331 - £63,553, an annual 10% performance bonus, a £1,400 Attendance Allowance, and a £2,500 on-call bonus (covering approx. 10 weekends per year).
Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): A highly attractive bonus equal to 30% of your salary accrued each year, paid out as a future lump sum.
