About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Team Members to join our team supporting Greggs at their 44 Bondgate Within store in Alnwick.
In this role, you will be the face of the shop, serving customers across multiple channels—including in-store, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru. You'll play an essential role in delivering great customer experiences and keeping the shop running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide fast, welcoming, and friendly service to all customers.
Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
Shop Maintenance: Keep customer areas, counter displays, and preparation stations clean, well-stocked, and presentable.
Order Fulfillment: Support online, Click + Collect, and delivery orders with speed and accuracy.
