About the Role
We are recruiting a permanent, part-time/full-time Care Assistant to join the day care team at Maple Leaf Lodge Care Home in Grantham.
In this deeply rewarding role, you will help residents enjoy each day by delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support. Working day shifts, you will assist with daily routines, mealtime support, and personal care while providing vital companionship and creating meaningful moments for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities in line with individual care plans.
Spend quality one-to-one time with residents, offering emotional support and companionship.
Support mealtimes, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care records and communicate effectively with the care team.
Promote a dignified, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
About You

Previous experience caring for older adults (in a professional or personal capacity).
