As a Bank Kitchen Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will help deliver first-class food and hospitality that ensures our residents receive exceptional all-round care. A healthy, nutritious diet is vital for resident wellbeing, and you will play a key part in producing meals and creating a wonderful dining experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with food preparation and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen

• Supporting the catering team in producing fresh, nutritious meals for residents

• Interacting with residents, getting to know them, and enhancing their overall dining and hospitality experience

• Providing flexible cover for planned and unplanned absences
