This senior clinical role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to lead key governance initiatives and shape the future of care standards across multiple services.

In this strategic position, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive high-quality clinical outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance. You will play a vital role in analyzing clinical data, identifying operational trends, and embedding best-practice care models throughout the home network.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to elevate care and clinical service delivery to achieve top external regulatory ratings.

• Monitor care metrics such as tissue viability, nutrition, and medication management, analyzing trends to respond to potential concerns.

• Onboard and mentor colleagues to embed best-practice standards and ensure strict compliance across clinical initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC PIN, a full UK driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle.

• Proven background in clinical quality, compliance, and governance, preferably within a residential care home setting.

• Strong leadership qualities, analytical skills, and an innovative approach to improving care standards.
