### Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Residential Support Worker, you will guide the young people through their daily routines and help build a stable, loving household:

Daily Support: Help the young people prepare for school, assist with meal preparation, and establish positive daily structures.
Homemaking: Contribute to a warm, clean, and welcoming home environment through light housekeeping.
Therapeutic Relationships: Form deep, trust-based connections using patience, active listening, and emotional support.
Activities & Fun: Plan and join in on the fun—from trips to the park and creative craft projects to cozy popcorn and movie nights at home.
Essential Tracking: Keep accurate daily logs and records to ensure continuous, high-quality care.
