Care Team Leader

As a Care Team Leader, you will manage night shift operations, administer medication, and coordinate resident care to ensure high standards of safety and comfort throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night shifts, delegate tasks, and work alongside care assistants to deliver compassionate care.

• Manage resident case plans, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.

• Safely administer and accurately record medications in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, along with proven leadership experience in care settings.

• Solid understanding of care planning, risk assessment, and medication administration protocols.

• Strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and the ability to manage shifts effectively.
