ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a flexible, casual position designed to provide shift cover as and when needed (such as for annual leave or sickness cover). As a Bank Residential Senior Carer, you will lead care teams on shift, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, dignity, and respect for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of care staff on shift, delegating duties, conducting supervisions, and supporting training.
Administer, order, and manage medications safely in line with regulatory guidelines.
Review, update, and maintain detailed resident care plans and risk assessments.
Liaise effectively with external healthcare professionals, including GPs, district nursing teams, and family members.
Maintain a warm, welcoming, and vibrant care environment for residents.

Requirements & Experience:
NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Proven experience working in a residential care home setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
