Location: South Harrow, London (One-to-one home care)

Hours: Full-time and part-time available

Shifts: 9 to 12-hour Waking Night shifts available

Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting dedicated Paediatric Care Assistants to support a complex care client in their own home in South Harrow. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do

• Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred care tailored to our young client's complex medical and daily needs throughout the night.

• Work proactively within a small, consistent core team of regular care staff dedicated to a single client per shift.

• Ensure a safe, calm, and reassuring environment, helping the child and family rest easy.

What You Are Looking For

• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive personality with at least 6 months of care experience.
