About the Role

As a Night Senior Carer at Denmead Grange, you will play an essential leadership role during night shifts, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care and support when they need it most.

Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants. You will also support the clinical team in specialised areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews—all while maintaining a warm, secure, and comforting atmosphere through the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire the night care team during shifts.

• Assist the clinical team with medication administration, care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.

• Deliver high-quality, individualised care that champions resident dignity and choice.

• Maintain a calm, secure, welcoming, and vibrant environment overnight.

• Collaborate closely with management and nursing teams to ensure continuity of care.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

• Knowledge: Specific knowledge and experience of clinical care for the elderly.

• Values: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and deeply committed to individualised care.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate a team and support clinical operations effectively.
