Salary: £13.75 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends required)

We are partnering with Manor Court (part of Bupa)—a dedicated care home committed to person-centred care, independence, and choice—to find a dedicated Receptionist for a permanent, full-time role. In this vital position, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors, manage new enquiries, conduct show-arounds, and provide essential clerical support to the home management team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the warm, friendly first point of contact for all visitors, residents, and families arriving at the home.
Managing new enquiries, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone, and conducting engaging show-arounds.
Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with general clerical duties, maintaining paperwork, and filing.
Ensuring all daily and weekly administrative tasks are completed in a timely, highly organized manner.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer-facing support role with a track record of excellent service.
A friendly, approachable manner both in person and on the telephone, with a talent for building strong relationships.
Dedicated, efficient, and capable of handling a varied workload with ease.
A caring, empathetic attitude that underpins everything you do to make a real difference in residents' lives.
