The Opportunity
We are looking to speak with experienced Cyber Incident & Crisis Management professionals who have a proven track record of helping complex organizations significantly strengthen their cyber resilience and response capabilities.
This is a high-profile transformation role for a specialist who can operate seamlessly at both a strategic and tactical level, helping to mature cyber incident management, crisis response frameworks, and overarching business resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Cyber Major Incident and Crisis Management activities across the enterprise.
Deliver comprehensive cyber resilience and operational resilience initiatives.
Establish, review, and continuously improve cyber response frameworks, governance models, and operating structures.
Plan and facilitate high-impact cyber exercises, realistic simulations, and crisis scenarios for leadership.
Partner closely with executive leadership teams during significant cyber events.
Drive capability maturity, continuous improvement, and organization-wide readiness.
Build strong, trusted relationships across technical, business, and third-party stakeholder groups.
Translate strategic organizational objectives into practical, actionable outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive commercial experience leading Cyber Incident and Crisis Management within complex enterprise environments.
Strong background delivering cyber or operational resilience initiatives.
Proven ability to engage and advise senior leadership teams during high-stakes situations.
Excellent framework design and workshop-facilitation skills for crisis simulations.
Ability to start immediately on an initial 6-month contract.
