Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit an organised and detail-oriented IT Asset Deployment and Recovery Officer to join their on-site Assets team in Brighton.
In this vital digital and IT support role, you will help manage thousands of IT assets across the organisation, ensuring that national colleagues and volunteers receive the equipment they need. Working closely with the Service Desk, Asset Engineers, and wider Digital and IT teams, you will oversee asset deployment, returns, recovery activity, and stock management to improve compliance, reduce costs, and deliver an excellent user experience.
Asset Lifecycle Management: Support the deployment, tracking, recovery, and lifecycle management of IT hardware and equipment across the organisation.
Records & Inventory Control: Maintain accurate asset, deployment, recovery, and stock records within ITSM, ITAM, inventory, or stock management systems.
Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to interpret, analyze, and manipulate data while ensuring compliance with purchasing and stock control processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise effectively with colleagues, managers, suppliers, and technical teams, and support process documentation and guidance production.
Experience: Proven background maintaining accurate asset, inventory, stock, or finance records within an ITSM/ITAM or stock management framework.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis alongside exceptional attention to detail. (Experience with Microsoft Intune, ITIL processes, or ISO27001 standards is highly advantageous).
Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and independent problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements: Proactive and structured approach to stock movement and equipment logistics. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to a basic DBS check).
