About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Care Assistant for a permanent, full-time position at Chater Lodge Care Home in Stamford.
In this role, you will assist residents with their daily living routines, offering personal care, companionship, and support. No two days are the same, making this a dynamic and deeply fulfilling position where you can put your heart into your work and build a career in social care.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with personal care, daily activities, and mealtime support in line with tailored care plans.
Spend quality one-to-one time with residents, fostering a welcoming, warm, and friendly environment.
Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain high standards of safety, comfort, and dignity.
Keep accurate care records and report changes in residents' well-being to senior staff.
About You
To excel as a Care Assistant with us, you should have:
Prior experience caring for older adults (either in a professional or personal capacity).
Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic personality.
A positive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred care.
