Location: Unit 15 Circus Village, London (SW11 8AH) - New Store Opening / Based out of the New Battersea Power Station regional property office
Salary: £77,000 to £103,400 per annum (includes 10% non-contractual London Weighting)

Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit an assertive, adaptable, and self-motivated Senior Acquisition Manager in London. In this exciting real estate role, you will take charge of expanding Lidl's portfolio across North London.
From initial site identification, negotiation, and land acquisition to leading sites through the planning process, supporting construction, and managing ongoing assets, you will own the full development lifecycle from concept to completion.
Acquisitions & Deal Management: Identify, negotiate, and acquire freehold and leasehold deals to build new stores while managing development appraisals and site due diligence.
Planning & Lifecycle Oversight: Manage planning applications from original submission through to consent, leading expansion, relocation, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, agents, landlords, tenants, and developers.
Team Development: Train and mentor members of the Property Team while overseeing real estate asset management.
Degree-level education (2:2 minimum), ideally in a relevant discipline, with a self-starting, "get up and go" attitude.
Essential exposure to retail acquisitions, land buying, commercial property, or town planning (MRICS qualification is ideal).
A well-networked, highly analytical professional with refined negotiating skills and sound commercial property/legal acumen.
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task under conflicting deadlines, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
Competitive Salary: £77,000 - £103,400 per annum (including London Weighting).
