Advertising Rate: Competitive Agency Rates (Based on an annual base equivalent of £36,832)

Hours: Flexible/Full-time temporary agency shifts (40 hours per week equivalent; 12.5-hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis)

Bradley Complex Care is a specialist service providing tailored residential care for men and women with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, or personality disorders who may display challenging behaviors.

Please note: Candidates must have fully completed a Preceptorship (with evidence provided) to be considered for this placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs.

• Take full accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care pathways.

• Provide active mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members to foster a positive, collaborative ward culture.

• Observe, record, and report all changes in service users, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and clinical accuracy.

• Work dynamically within a multidisciplinary team to manage complex risks, support positive behavior strategies, and accelerate patient recovery and discharge goals.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this agency placement, you will need:

• A relevant professional nursing qualification (RNLD or RMN).

• Active NMC registration with no restrictions.

• Fully completed Preceptorship (with supporting evidence).

• Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible, resilient approach to complex clinical environments.
