Advertising Rate: Competitive Agency Rates (Based on an annual base equivalent of £36,832)
Hours: Flexible/Full-time temporary agency shifts (40 hours per week equivalent; 12.5-hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis)

Bradley Complex Care is a specialist service providing tailored residential care for men and women with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, or personality disorders who may display challenging behaviors.
Please note: Candidates must have fully completed a Preceptorship (with evidence provided) to be considered for this placement.
Deliver high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs.
Take full accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care pathways.
Provide active mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members to foster a positive, collaborative ward culture.
Observe, record, and report all changes in service users, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and clinical accuracy.
Work dynamically within a multidisciplinary team to manage complex risks, support positive behavior strategies, and accelerate patient recovery and discharge goals.
To excel in this agency placement, you will need:
A relevant professional nursing qualification (RNLD or RMN).
Active NMC registration with no restrictions.
Fully completed Preceptorship (with supporting evidence).
Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible, resilient approach to complex clinical environments.
