Location: New Victoria Hospital, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 7EG
Salary: Circa £42,754 per annum + Fantastic Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday with at least one late shift per week, typically 11:30 - 20:00 or 12:00 - 20:00)
About the Role
As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist working through our supportive bridge staffing agency at New Victoria Hospital, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional, evidence-based care. Operating across both inpatient and outpatient settings, you will provide expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to help patients recover, regain mobility, and achieve their personal recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Treatment: Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for both outpatient (MSK) and inpatient (orthopaedic) populations.
Pre & Post-Operative Care: Manage orthopaedic patients pre- and post-operatively, designing individualised treatment programmes and monitoring patient progress.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, nursing teams, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless, top-tier patient care.
Service Development: Support clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, audits, and the education of colleagues and students.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or BSc Degree in Physiotherapy, with active HCPC and CSP registration.
Minimum of three years of post-graduate physiotherapy experience, including significant musculoskeletal and orthopaedic experience.
Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities with a patient-focused approach.
