ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the individual care, respect, and companionship they deserve. Working 36 hours per week on day shifts, you will assist residents with daily living and help create a supportive, fulfilling environment every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living needs, including personal care, nutrition, and mobility support.
Follow tailored care plans to ensure person-centred, high-quality care.
Provide warm companionship, taking time for one-to-one engagement and creating positive experiences for residents.
Support care staff and clinical colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming home environment.
ABOUT YOU

Requirements & Attributes:
Experience: Previous experience caring for older people.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Mindset: A positive, can-do approach combined with practical problem-solving skills.
