As a Butcher representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Campbell Brothers (part of the Bidfood family), you will be part of an experienced team working in a specialized factory environment. Key Responsibilities
Prepare various types of meat (beef, lamb, poultry, and chicken) to exact customer specifications and highest standards.
Safely use hand tools and handle products within a cold factory environment.

What You Need to Apply
Specialist butchering experience with a strong knowledge of meat preparation and cuts.
