Bank Support Worker

Achieve together is recruiting Bank Support Workers in Ilkeston, near Nottingham. You would support the people the organisation cares for to gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.

In the role you would:

• Give good-quality care and support at home and out in the local community
• Encourage fun and creativity and celebrate people's achievements
• Help people build skills and confidence to live as independently as possible

Experience in health or social care is useful but not essential, because full training is provided. Achieve together is looking for people who are passionate, hard-working and empathetic. There is ongoing training and the chance to build a long-term career in social care.
