Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit a conscientious, determined, and detail-oriented Cleaner in Bodmin. In this essential role, every sweep of your brush helps give our customers the fantastic in-store experience they deserve.
From maintaining a pristine shopping environment and managing external spaces to ensuring top-tier hygiene standards, you will be a vital part of the team, keeping things looking their best for both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Store Maintenance: Thoroughly maintain the store interior to keep it looking its absolute best.
External Areas: Keep trolley bays, the car park, and outside spaces clean and tidy to ensure a great first impression.
Machinery & Hygiene: Confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery and ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety standards.
Welfare & Waste: Clean welfare areas, including toilets, waste disposal, and recycling sections.
General Upkeep: Carry out minor maintenance tasks as needed with a proactive, hands-on approach.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial, but not essential).
A hands-on approach, strong independence, and a keen eye for detail.
Passion to do the best job possible for your store and your team.
The drive to carry out all tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.
