About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) for flexible bank placements in Stockport, Cheshire.
In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, dignified care to patients with complex needs and sometimes challenging behaviors. You will take an active role in managing care plans, supervising nursing delivery, and supporting patient recovery and quality of life in an independent hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering and supervising person-centered nursing care for patients with complex mental health or learning disability needs.
Formulating, reviewing, and updating detailed, tailored care plans and risk assessments.
Managing complex behaviors with patience, compassion, de-escalation, and dignity.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support treatment goals and recovery.
Providing flexible bank cover for planned or unplanned absences across day or night shifts.
About You
Registration: Current, active NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD.
Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of clinical practices, CQC frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Experience: Proven track record in care planning, risk assessment, and managing complex behaviors in clinical or hospital settings.
Attributes: Dedicated, proactive, and compassionate, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
