Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality perioperative and scrub nursing care within a multidisciplinary surgical team setting.

• Supervise, guide, and support junior team members to maintain high clinical standards.

Requirements

• Active professional registration with the NMC or HCPC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or ODP.

• Proven post-registration scrub experience within a operating theatre environment.

• Strong communication, empathetic care skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
