About the Role

As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Cedars Care Home, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the exceptional clinical care they deserve.

Working flexibly on a casual bank contract, you will create a safe, supportive environment while utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your wide-ranging responsibilities will include developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and ensuring excellence across all aspects of clinical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred nursing care for residents with varying physical and mental needs.

• Administer and manage medication safely in line with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and company policies.

• Oversee clinical care delivery, making sound professional judgments and critical clinical decisions.

• Maintain accurate care documentation, risk assessments, and compliance records (including DoLs/MCA frameworks).

• Provide flexible bank cover on day shifts as required to support the home.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications & Registration: Current valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).

• Experience: Strong working knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA).
