Position: Care Assistant – Care Home
Location: Crandon Springs Care Home, Glastonbury Road, Wells, BA5 1WE
Employment Type: Permanent | Part-Time (approx. 10.5 hours per week on average) | Twilight Shifts (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, working 4 evenings one week and 3 evenings the next)
Pay Rate: £14.70 per hour

About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant for Crandon Springs Care Home.
In this flexible twilight-shift role, you will help our residents wind down their evenings comfortably by ensuring they receive the high-quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with evening routines, support residents with food and drink, follow personal care plans, and provide warm companionship. About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted individual who is passionate about supporting older adults. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Some previous experience caring for older people.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
