The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, leading and developing staff, coordinating events, and working closely with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional experience for residents and guests. You will also help drive business growth through effective planning, team leadership, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant and front-of-house team.
Create staff rotas and ensure efficient workforce planning.
Deliver exceptional customer service across dining, bar, and room service.
Coordinate events and functions while supporting business growth.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience managing a hospitality or restaurant team.
Food Safety Level 2 Certificate (or equivalent) is desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
