Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical nursing care including wound care, catheter management, and safe administration of medication.
Lead care staff on shift, drive clinical excellence, and support residents with complex dependency requirements.
Conduct clinical risk assessments and formulate comprehensive, personalized care plans.
Requirements
Active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proficient in using standard clinical assessment tools (e.g., Waterlow, MUST) and writing care plans.
Strong leadership skills, clinical judgment, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
