The Role
Are you a warm, caring individual looking for a rewarding night role where you can make a genuine difference every day? As a Care Assistant, your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the night care team to ensure seamless continuity of services and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with all aspects of personal hygiene and care while ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents—such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, or signs of infection—and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
Acting courteously and respectfully toward residents and visitors, honoring the individuality of each resident.
Practicing safe systems of work across all daily tasks.

Requirements:
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Requirements for Employment: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS Disclosure check (the cost of which is fully covered by Avery Healthcare).
