About the Role
Are you looking for a purposeful night-shift role where you can provide specialized, high-impact care for residents with complex needs?
Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Care Assistant for complex care at Darnton Suite. In this rewarding role within our newly refurbished units, you will support residents living with specialized conditions—such as advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington’s disease. You will assist with daily living, follow personalized care plans, and offer warm companionship through the night.
What You Will Need
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people or individuals with support needs.
Personal Qualities: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature, a positive "can-do" approach, and excellent communication skills.
