• Salary: £14.80 to £15.30 per hour (Plus an extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Act as a Lidl expert, offering a warm smile and helping customers with questions, queries, and requests.

• Store Presentation: Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, organized, and fully merchandised.

• Stock & Deliveries: Efficiently work incoming deliveries as they arrive in store.

• Specialized Tasks: Proactively bake fresh goods to keep the bakery stocked and expertly manage non-food middle-aisle displays.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment (bakery experience preferred).

• Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.

• Flexibility to start a shift early or finish late.

• A positive, adaptable attitude toward changing daily priorities.

• Drive, passion, and a willingness to pitch in and help your team succeed.
