About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Kitchen Assistant for Alice Court Care Home in Eastbourne.
In this role, you will be a vital part of our catering team, helping to prepare food and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. Your efforts will ensure that delicious meals and beverages are delivered to our residents to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply the principles of safe food handling to ensure all food preparation meets top-tier hygiene standards.
Contribute fully to team collaboration, responding positively to colleagues and actioning work instructions promptly.
Monitor stock supplies and quality, advising on items needed to ensure timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods.
Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
