Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is currently seeking an experienced, night-oriented Night Care Leader for a 1-year maternity cover contract at Cherry Garth in Holmer Green (near High Wycombe). Role Overview

• Position: Night Care Leader (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)

• Location: Cherry Garth, Orchard Way, Holmer Green, HP15 6RF

• Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour

• Contract Type: Fixed-Term, 30 hours per week (1-year maternity cover)

• Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading a small team of night carers to maintain a wakeful watch over the security, safety, and comfort of residents and the home.

• Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and accurate records are maintained.

• Managing your time and your team's duties effectively to support resident wellbeing throughout the night.

• Bringing professionalism, warmth, and compassion to every shift, providing reassurance and creating wonderful memories.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or NVQ Level 2 with a willingness to study for Level 3).

• Experience: Previous experience leading a care team, with a strong desire to progress into a role with greater responsibility.

• Key Traits: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, a natural ability to motivate others, and confidence in problem-solving.
