Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to assist Pinewood Residential Home in recruiting an experienced Home Manager to lead their care facility in St Helier, UK.

In this key executive leadership role, you will hold overall operational, clinical, and commercial responsibility for the home, ensuring outstanding care standards, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and business performance.

Role Description

As Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring personalized care delivery that complies with regulatory requirements. You will manage care home budgets, drive occupancy and financial performance, lead and mentor the multidisciplinary team, and build positive relationships with families and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and optimize daily operations, care quality, and commercial performance across the home.

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate all staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and high-quality care.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance, manage operational budgets, and build strong relationships with external healthcare partners.

Requirements

• Qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN) holding an active, valid UK NMC PIN.

• Proven experience in care home management or senior supervisory roles within a social care environment.

• Strong leadership abilities, financial acumen, regulatory knowledge, and valid right to work in the UK.
