About the Role
Are you passionate about retail operations and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Acting as Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with B&M to recruit a hands-on and motivated Replenishment Manager for their busy Airport Retail Park store in Coventry.
In this vital leadership role, you will take complete ownership of stock flow and inventory replenishment across the store. From overseeing deliveries to maintaining the sales floor, you'll make sure every item is in the right place at the right time so shelves are always fully stocked and ready for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Management: Take ownership of stock replenishment, ensuring shelves remain full, tidy, and easy for customers to shop.
Team Leadership: Lead, organize, and support your team to work productively, efficiently, and safely.
Operational Planning: Plan ahead and react swiftly to changing stock levels and demands.
Target Achievement: Drive product availability, efficiency, and productivity goals across the store environment.
What You Will Bring
Leadership Background: Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics environment.
Process Understanding: A solid grasp of stock control, delivery workflows, and replenishment processes.
Hands-On Attitude: A roll-your-sleeves-up, proactive approach with the ability to work at pace and keep team momentum high.
