About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and warm-hearted Care Assistant for a full-time, permanent day position in Mollington.
In this role, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive personalized, high-quality care and companionship. Every day offers a rewarding variety of duties where you can form genuine connections with those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
Following individual care plans and supporting residents with meals, hydration, and nutrition.
Spending meaningful one-to-one time with residents, offering companionship and encouragement.
Creating a warm, positive, and safe environment in the care home.
Collaborating with the broader team and keeping accurate daily care records.
About You
Experience: Previous experience caring for older adults in a care home or similar healthcare environment.
Attributes: A warm, empathetic, and positive "can-do" attitude.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to delivering dignified, person-centered care.
