• Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour

• Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (Shifts scheduled on a rota basis across a 7-day period, including weekends)

• Location: Chestnut Court, Dagenham (RM10 7YD)

Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will help design and deliver an engaging, inclusive Lifestyle Programme (part of our group-wide More… Programme) that keeps our residents active, happy, and connected.

• Create & Deliver Activities: Support the planning and delivery of a wide variety of activities, tailoring them to residents' unique physical and mental abilities.

• Nurture Wellbeing: Facilitate social interactions and deliver lifestyle sessions on both a group and individual basis to support the mind, body, and soul.

• Build Community Connections: Help develop strong local community links and organize successful events within the home.

• Implement New Ideas: Bring your own creativity to the table, helping to introduce fresh concepts that keep life exciting for our residents.

What We Are Looking For

You don't need a background in care or lifestyle planning to succeed—we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your attitude:

• Creative & Caring: A genuine understanding of how social interaction and activities boost general wellbeing.

• Organized & Reliable: Able to assist in coordinating events and managing tasks effectively.

• Adaptive & Flexible: Quick to adapt to changing needs and comfortable working on a shift-rota basis across 7 days (including weekends).

• Great Communicator: A friendly, confident individual who can build warm relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Eligible to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Dagenham (RM10 7YD).
