Support Worker

Dimensions is looking for a Support Worker in Chippenham (SN15) to support a sociable, independent young man with additional needs who lives in his own home. Full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time roles are available.

What you will do:

• Support his daily routines, personal care and household tasks
• Encourage independence while respecting his personal space
• Support community activities, hobbies, music events and social outings
• Build a strong, trusting relationship and adapt to his changing needs

• A creative, resilient, positive and flexible person
• Good communication and confidence working alone or in a team
• A driver – use of your own car with business insurance is essential (mileage paid)
• Experience helps but is not essential – full training is given

Flexible shifts include 9am–2.30pm, long days with sleep-in and evenings with sleep-in.

Pay stated by the employer: £14.86 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in.
