About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) for flexible bank placements in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire.
In this role, you will take responsibility for the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents across care home settings. You will enjoy professional autonomy to make critical clinical decisions, formulate tailored care plans, safely administer medication, and deliver excellence in person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Exercising autonomous clinical judgment to support residents with diverse physical and mental health needs.
Formulating, updating, and reviewing tailored care plans and detailed clinical risk assessments.
Administering medication safely in full compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and clinical protocols.
Upholding regulatory standards including Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
Providing flexible bank cover for planned or unplanned staff absences across day or night shifts.
About You
Registration: Current, active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice, MCA/DoLS frameworks, and pharmaceutical guidance.
Skills: Proven ability to manage clinical risk, create robust care plans, and lead care delivery with autonomy.
