Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant for Port Manor Care Home.
In this rewarding day-shift role, you will help our residents enjoy each day by making sure they receive the high-quality care and support they deserve. Every day brings something new and meaningful—from assisting with daily living, supporting food and drink choices, and following personal care plans, to dedicating quality one-to-one time to share great moments, memories, and companionship.
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted individual who is passionate about supporting older adults. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Some previous experience caring for older people.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
